Trials to select Firozpur District Cricket Association Under 19 Men’s teams to participate in Tournaments organised by Punjab Cricket Association, Mohali

I.e., players born on or after 01/09/2004 are eligible to participate,

Do come in proper white uniform and carry the following documents in original

1. Adhar Card
2. Date Of Birth Certificate
3. PAN Card

TW-3 BONE AGE VERIFICATION:

a) Only those players who would satisfy the BCCI adopted scientific method of determining skeletal maturity known as the TW-3 X-ray method Test conducted by PCA will be eligible to play. Accordingly, in this protocol, the expression “U-16 (TW-3 X-ray)” in relation to the players shall mean those players whose skeletal maturity has been tested and found to be below the prescribed rating of eligibility pursuant to the TW-3 X-ray method of testing for the season in addition to their eligibility as per chronological age.

b) Entry of Players at the Under 19 Age Group Level:

Please note the eligibility (as per Date of Birth) for Under 19 age group, as per BCCI revised guidelines and adopted by PCA are:-

– If a player enters the system at U-16 level, and registered with PCA after TW-3 x-ray method and the birth certificate is registered within 2 years of birth, then player is allowed to play a medium of 4 years in U-19 age category.

– If player enters the system at U-16 level, clears the TW-3 bone test and the birth certificate is not registered within 2 years of birth, then the player is allowed to play a maximum of 2 years in U-19 age category.

– Direct entry at the U-19 level and the birth certificate is registered within 2 years of birth, then the player is allowed to play a maximum of 2 years in Under 19 age category.

– Direct entry at the U-19 level and the birth certificate is not registered within 2 years of birth, then the player is only allowed 1 year participation in U-19 age category.

– Further all such players entering into U-19 years tournament directly, have to support the DOB date of Birth Certificate by providing 3 documents i.e.

A) School certificate issued by the Principal of the School or College.

B )Copy of Digital D.O.B. Certificate issued by the competent authority

C) Passport or any other valid documents issued by the Central/State Government showing Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY).
