The Selections trails of the Delhi Wushu Team for the 29th Senior National Wushu Championship will be held on 6th & 7th February 2021 at Cross Fit Fitness Wushu Academy, Plot No-16, Khilona Bagh, Near Gujrati Namkin Model Town, Delhi. The last date of entry is 5th February 2021.
The following documents are required for the selections/trials.
(i) Waiver of liabilities form
(ii) 3 Photographs
(iii) Birth Certificate
(iv) Medical Certificate
(v) Residence proof
