AGE CRITERIA – Not less than 12 Years as on 01-01-2022
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Represented India in Recognized International Competition
- Medal winner in Sr. / Jr. / Cadet National Championship / Federation Cup
- Medal Winner in SGFI / AIIU Tournament
- Gold or Silver Medal Winner in State Championship
DOCUMENTS (To be produced in Original & Self Attested Photo Copies)
- DOB Certificate
- Aadhaar Card
- Sports Achievement Certificate
- Education Qualification Certificate
- Passport Size Photographs
- Medical Fitness Certificate
