Position: Coach/ Head of Academy (full-time)
Requirement: AFC A License
Location: Delhi

We’re looking for football coaches who are highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who can work towards the holistic growth of a player with modern-day techniques. The candidate must possess leadership qualities to help each student identify their unique abilities.

Responsibilities:-
– Determining individual player abilities strengths & weaknesses
– Strategizing the gameplay, positioning, tactics etc.
– Analyzing games to develop techniques & forms
– Ensuring punctuality during training and play-offs
– Fostering good sportsmanship in all team players
– Identifying exceptional players to get scouted for scholarships & professional leagues
– Ensuring all sports equipment is available and in working order
– Liaising with other staff members for academy welfare
