After months of no proper sporting action in badminton, the year 2021 will start with Thailand Open. With tournament preparations on and keeping COVID-19 guidelines in mind, Team India have left for Bangkok en route Dubai from Hyderabad.

The 2021 Thailand Open Badminton is all set to take place from 19 to 24 January 2021. The tournament will take place at the Impact Arena in Thailand. However, the tournament has received its biggest blow as Worlds number 1 ranked player Kento Momota has tested positive for COVID.
